Unlimited Possibilities provides SES to assist an individual in finding and maintaining paid employment and/or volunteer opportunities in their local community. Unlimited Possibilities provides customized Exploration Services, Development Services, and Support Services. We work together with the individual and his/her team in collaboration with outside supports, including day programs, schooling, vocational, PCA, and past employers, to develop person-centered SES goals and a program plan. As a team, we work together to develop a consistent, comfortable, and realistic schedule for each individual(s) needs. Unlimited Possibilities has years of experience with SES skill building, resources,s and local connections to help each individual find the right opportunity for them.
